Our Mission
Xperience Dance was created with the idea to help athletes improve both in and off season. With the best training techniques, Xperience Dance can help foster growth in teams and individuals while aiming to reach their highest potential. Dance is a constantly evolving sport. With access to the best coaches in the industry through Xperience Dance, we can help guarantee growth and goal attainment from both an athlete and coaching perspective.
Courtney Sutton
Director of Xperience Dance
Courtney Sutton has been involved in the spirit industry for over thirty-three years as a dancer, teacher, coach, choreographer, and spirit coordinator. During her nineteen years as a professional, she has traveled the country teaching, choreographing, and serving as a judge in more than half of the States in the US. She has taught all ages of athletes and also worked with all categories of dance: from collegiate teams to four-year-olds, soloists to productions, and all-star gyms to studios. She has most notably coached two collegiate dance teams during her career – Middle Tennessee State University and Sam Houston State University – and most recently was the Head Cheer and Dance Coach at Lamar University.
Courtney’s choreography has proven very successful at a variety of venues including various state circuits, conventions, game days, recitals, and both local and national competitions. Her routines consistently score high and receive special awards and judge's recognition, such as the Innovative Choreography Award at National Dance Alliance’s Collegiate National Championship. Courtney is thrilled to join the Xperience Dance family and cannot wait to welcome you to the supportive community that is Xperience Dance and Xperience Cheer!

Sophie Laws
Xperience Dance Choreographer and Instructor
Sophie Laws takes pride in being heavily involved in the dance industry in numerous different positions as a dancer, choreographer, coach, and teacher. She has worked with all ranges of ages from 1.5 year olds all the way to collegiate level teams. She was most recently the Head Coach of a high school in Illinois for 4 years where she was able to rebuild the entire program. She is well rounded when it comes to the dance industry. She loves to see a team grow in their technique, as they are able to advance both individually and as a team. Laws was selected as Top All American, and has won numerous awards for her Turns and Leaps. Her choreography has also won awards in different categories for spacing, musicality, and best overall choreography; as well as being IHSA State Qualifying and getting a UDA/NDA National Bid every time.
Laws is eager to jump in and work with all different levels of dance teams, showing them what Xperience Dance has to offer! She is extremely excited to see how much growth and passion each team is able to create in the time they work together!
